Here you will find some important information.
We recommend you arrive at or before 7:30 on Thursday and Friday mornings if you are attending our Deep Dive sessions, and 8:30 on Saturday if you are attending our weekend conference.

As we expect a high volume of visitors during our operating hours on Thursday and Friday, parking will be extremely limited. We strongly encourage you to consider transportation options that do not involve driving to Avenues.
In an effort to support your arrival, we will be offering shuttle transportation from Berrini Station in Vila Olimpia every 15-20 minutes beginning at 6:30 am on Thursday and Friday morning, with shuttles departing beginning at 4:30 to return to Berrini. If you plan to use the shuttle service, please contact us at nsti-sp@avenues.org.
We also suggest participants consider a ride-share option through Uber, 99 Taxi, or another car service to avoid the need for parking during school days. In order to make sure cars are sent to the correct place, we recommend using the address Rua Pedro Avancine, 173 for your requested rides.
If you must drive to school, we encourage you to carpool with other participants. Street parking close to the school is easy and safe. We recommend you park around Praça José F Nobre, shown in the map below. The area is monitored by our security team throughout the day.
All participants must register at the front desk before entering the Avenues campus. Please plan to arrive early in order to receive your badge and materials from event volunteers ready to register you upon arrival.

A light breakfast and full lunch will be served on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday along with coffee and snacks available throughout the day. Coffee and breakfast will be available starting at 7:30 on Wednesday and Thursday and 8:30 on Saturday. Vegan and vegetarian options are available as well; please let us know if you have any specific dietary needs that we can accommodate. Participants are welcome to bring their own snacks but please be mindful that we are a nut-free campus.
In order to comply with the new Data Protection law, conference participants are NOT allowed to photograph or film videos in which Avenues students appear. Please observe this rule at all times.
